Telephone Advice Service

Although our trained Instruction Takers are not lawyers, our lawyers are only a phone call away. Each client is able to obtain “free” telephone advice to deal with queries that are referred by our trained Instruction Takers.

Payment procedure

Payment by employee/member is arranged at the time Instruction occurs and there are many flexible systems to smooth the payment process.
